The 14-day guarantee
Enroll in any IIEM program and if it is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
The 14 days run from the moment you pay, not from when you first log in. If you buy on the 1st, you have until the end of the 15th.
What it covers
Every program on this site: the Certificate in Wedding Planning, the Certificate in Corporate Event Management and the Master’s Certificate in Event Management, bought either in full or on a monthly plan.
The free downloads, the AI Starter Kit and the guides, cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
What ends the guarantee early
Module 1 is yours to explore. Read every lesson in it, download the materials, use the templates. None of that affects your refund, and it is enough to judge whether the program is for you.
Two things end the guarantee before the 14 days are up. Opening Module 2, which is the point where you have taken delivery of the course rather than sampled it. And submitting a graded assignment, because that work is read and marked by a person who writes individual feedback, and once it has been done it cannot be returned.
Neither happens by accident. The portal asks you to confirm before it opens Module 2, tells you plainly that it ends your refund window, and records the date so you can see it on your account afterwards. Until you confirm, Module 1 stays open and your refund stays available.
If you are on a monthly plan
The same 14 days apply, counted from your first payment. We refund what you have paid so far, cancel the remaining installments, and no further payments are taken.
Access ends when the refund is issued.
After 14 days
After the 14th day, or after you open Module 2 or submit an assignment if that comes sooner, the fee is non-refundable. Your access does not expire for two years and your materials are yours for life, so nothing is lost by taking your time.
If something has gone wrong, tell us anyway. A policy is not a reason to stop talking to a student, and we would rather fix the problem than keep the money and lose you.
How to ask for one
Email admissions from the address you enrolled with, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. You do not need a form or a reason.
We reply within two business days, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid from within ten business days of that. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If you disagree with a decision
Reply to us first and ask for it to be reviewed. A second person at the institute will look at it and answer in writing.
We would rather settle it directly than through a card dispute, and in fifteen years we have never needed to argue one.
